I joined adidas Japan in 2002, right before the 2002 World Cup when the Japanese team was chaotically busy hosting such a great event.
I have held various positions in the adidas Group such as Wholesale, Business Unit Head in both Sport Performance and Sport Style and as Group e-Commerce Director.
I always like to take on new challenges and achieve targets from a business perspective. The adidas Group provides great opportunities and challenges. I graduated from two internal development programs (MDP and EDP) and they are the key and most important self-development stage and helped me to recognize and establish my leadership style.
