I’m the Senior Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at adidas and bring a decade of Global DEI experience leading culture transformation at a global Fortune 250 public company. In my role I develop and execute global strategies to attract, develop and retain the best talent for adidas, while fostering an inclusive culture that drives innovation and business success. I am a wife and mother of four humans and a dog, Teddy. I enjoy cooking, gardening, exercising and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
