Tags: Senior Director for IT HR & Collaboration, Boston, planning social events, travelling I originally joined the adidas Group in 2002 as Business Analyst in our Reebok Brand IT department in the Boston office. For the first few years, I worked on various Supply Chain projects, including relocating to Hong Kong to deliver our Global Procurement Solution. Shortly after returning from Hong Kong, I accepted the opportunity to move to Germany for my second foreign assignment as the Head of the CIO Office. Since 2012, I have been the Senior Director for IT HR & Collaboration. This has been an exciting role for me because I am much closer to the internal employees and can deliver solutions which enable and empower them further. Most recently, my team, together with Internal Communication, delivered a revolutionary social intranet that supports collaboration, communication and business applications in one place. On the HR side, I am responsible for delivering best-in-class solutions for the Group, including the development and execution of the strategy and roadmap ensuring all relevant processes across the globe are supported. I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts but have lived in Germany since 2009. I use the opportunity of living abroad to travel extensively in my backyard around Europe and Africa. I love planning social events for friends and family and also enjoy the adidas culture of staying fit!
