Born in Kansas City in the US, I grew up splitting my life between England and the US, and my career has given me the opportunity to live in exciting places including Paris, Amsterdam, London, New York, and Edinburgh. It was while in Scotland that I discovered my passion for rare breed sheep farming. On a farm I ran for a decade, I gained skills in forestry management, lambing and sheep shearing. I’m grateful for my husband and two children who have accompanied me on these international adventures and are now global citizens of the world themselves. Most recently, I’ve had the honour of joining adidas at the global headquarters in Herzogenaurach. Here at adidas, I am responsible for driving global talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness strategy. How do we do this? By unlocking the potential of our people, developing a cadre of leaders who can lead through times of disruption, and building the right strategic capabilities that add competitive value to the business. The welcoming culture and people, inspiring campus, and meaningful purpose here at adidas make this a fantastic place to do the work that I do.
