I realized that I wanted to follow my passion and pursue a career in sport many years before setting foot in the adidas headquarters in Herzogenaurach, for the first time in 1999. I initially joined the UK business as Football and Rugby Marketing Manager, and 23 years later I’m still just as passionate and proud to work for the 3-Stripes, where I head up the brand’s global football business as General Manager.
My role allows me to make my all-consuming passion for sport part of my daily life, and I work with teams across Strategy, Product Marketing, Design and Development, Brand Marketing, and Sports Marketing (to name a few). This massively inspires me and lets me grow out of my comfort zone almost every day – but when the requirement is to lead there’s no other way.
