I am currently the General Manager of adidas India and an industry veteran in the sporting and retail sector. In my long and rich career spanning over 24 years, I have worked in various roles in India, South Korea and Germany. With extensive experience and in depth understanding of the sport performance and sport style business, before returning to India in 2019, I served as the Senior Vice President Global DTC & Franchise in adidas HQ in Germany.
My journey and association with the brand is over 18 years. In my current role at adidas, I lead and drive the vision, mission and beliefs of the organization with a focus on cultivating a performance-oriented culture driven by the passion towards sport. Furthermore, my focus is on enhancing the profitability along with a steady growth for adidas in India and neighboring countries.
Personally I am passionate about sustainability and sports, especially badminton and running. I also love to spend time with my family and follow my interest in street photography.
