As a former boxer, I use my own experience to help others overcome mental health issues by using fitness as a tool. As an award-winning fitness specialist and trainer, I combine neuroscience and fitness to get people to step into the best versions of themselves. The world needs to know that we can fall in love with ourselves in the right way and use all of our gifts and potential unapologetically. I also embody that sports and fitness is a must in every individual's life, it makes us a better human being in every aspect of life.
