My name is Marcel and I started working as an Assistant Marketing Manager at the adidas headquarter in Herzogenaurach, Germany, in October 2015 after my 3 year dual study program in the company. Even when I love my job, being surrounded by great athletes and enabling and ecouraging people to do better in sports and hence maybe increase their quality of life, my true passion is doing sports by myself. As the current German Champion in 6h running below 23, the World’s annual best performer below 23 in 12h running and World’s Toughest Mudder Vice Champion, sports is one of -if not- the most important thing in my life. Being asked about the crazy competitions I have finished, my source of motivation and my opinion about gear, training methods and diets all the time anyways, I love to share my experiences and stories with others and bring them one step closer to enjoy sports and all the great positive effects of it as much as I do. For the future, I am looking for new, big challenges in both, my business- and my sports related life.
