I’m fascinated by the power of sports. For me it’s a tool to overcome barriers. It’s an enabler for equality, happiness, personal development and community building. That’s something I experienced when I was competing as a semi-professional runner, but especially later when I worked as a physiotherapist. From working in a physiotherapy clinic to working in various functions within adidas – HR, CtC, Sourcing- sounds like a big stretch. But we work for a sports company and my passion is centered around sport & health topics. I experienced over the years that there is always the chance to bring my passion to life in every role I take.
