I need to make sure that the launch of Justin Bieber as our global style icon generates enormous brand visibility using tools and platforms that our NEO teen uses most. Putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do, the NEO Brand Marketing team works tirelessly to make sure that every touch point with the NEO teen is on brand, engaging, fresh and fun. We believe in the brand, believe in what we are creating and are having fun doing it together. Coming up, we are also focused on our 2013 campaign launch encompassing multiple photo shoots with our style icons, PR events, activations and an engaging Interactive Digital Film where consumers can get closer to the brand, our product and retail. I joined the NEO team in June 2011. At the time we only had 10,000 facebook fans, no tumblr or instagram account and of course no NEO stores in Germany. Today we have over 316,000 facebook fans, brand recognition in Germany and engaging tumblr and instagram accounts. Our social media fans are growing in number, and incredibly loyal. Before NEO, I worked for Sports Performance in a global media and strategy role. I really believe I have the best job in the business. With some weeks more challenging than others (!), I walk away every day loving what I do and the team I work with.
