Tags: Business Management, Product Management, HR, Work-life Integration After studying Business Management, I started my career at adidas in Product Management almost 10 years ago. Understanding the product development process from design to shelf, the core competency of adidas, was for me a great learning experience and perfect start. Seeing “your” products in store after working on them for a couple of months made me really proud. After our second child was born and one year of parental leave, I moved within adidas to the – for me, new – area of HR. For more than two years now, I am HR Manager for Work-life Integration and I have realized that this is what I always wanted to do. I am really passionate about developing solutions for all of us to better combine work and personal life. One of my first projects was the development of our own adidas daycare center. It´s great now to see the construction moving on every day when I come to work. And there are even more interesting projects to come.
