With a background in competitive soccer, playing all the way up to the semiprofessional level, my life has always been about creating goals and pushing myself to succeed. I’ve taken that drive and turned it into a passion for helping others uncover their path to success. My nine-year career at EXOS has allowed me to share ideas and create opportunities for others to succeed through work with general populations and developing digital training programs and products.
