I am a Brazilian Lead Service Designer based in Amsterdam, where I recently relocated to join adidas as their first internal Service Designer. I've 15 years of experience working in Strategy, Brand Experience and Marketing. I've started my career at Unilever and then move to design agencies to help set up Strategic planning departments, always working within the retail environment. I say service design is my second career; I was applying intuitively some consumer-centric tools, so I decided to move to London, 4 years ago, to do a Masters in that area and worked as a consultant helping to design, redesign services and even embed consumer-centricity mindset and tools with clients like the UK government, Pfizer and IKEA. And I am now really excited to be working at adidas!
