I’m the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Member at adidas. During my two decades with the company I’ve held a number of positions across a range of functions, while always keeping close links finance. My motto is: Decide, Commit, Resolve. At work, you can expect me to make fast decisions, commit to a shared agenda, and resolve issues as they come up. As a person, I’m pretty impatient, but that’s because I like to get things done. I work for adidas for a simple reason: I love sports. I’m a passionate football fan and an avid triathlete. Triathlon helps me calm down. It’s a great stress relief, and it gives me much-needed balance.
