Responsible for the people agenda in Latin America, I am the Vice President of HR in the region. As a culture builder, my role encompasses building performance, diversity, and a continuous growth mindset to the organization whilst engaging and motivating the team that sport has to power to change lives. Having lived in different parts of the world in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, I am a believer of the value that diversity can bring to the individual, team, and company, and the immense potential we possess when we build strong, humbled, disciplined teams. With this, I have led successful transformations of organizations to achieve their true potential.
