Having worked in a variety of roles – spanning from key account management to piloting circular business models – since my start with the 3-Stripes in 2015, I have found my passion in steering and building impact-driven programs in the sports industry. Within my current job in the Europe Purpose & Sustainability team, I am closely collaborating with our sponsored sport partners on advancing sustainability projects as well as managing adidas’ pan-European Gender Equity Program 'Breaking Barriers for Girls'. I am driven by creating more access, equity, and safety for everyone within sports and I couldn’t imagine a better way of doing so than working directly with grassroots organizations in the ‘Sport for Development’ sector.
