Hi! I'm Diana, a Service Designer in love with envisioning experiences that are meaningful for people, valuable for organizations, and respectful of society and the planet we inhabit. I was born in Colombia, lived in Italy for 7 years, and I'm currently based in Amsterdam where I'm part of an amazing team of service designers working hard to unleash the power of human/life-centered design here at adidas. You'll find me challenging assumptions and mental models, orchestrating cross-functional collaborations, and connecting the dots between the experiences we want to deliver and the internal processes we need to put in place to enable them.
