My professional career started as a research psychologist before I joined the London-based recruitment consultancy JM Management. Since then, I have held various HR leadership and managerial positions at JPMorgan Chase before joining BNP Paribas in 2009, where over eleven years, I was responsible for Global Human Resources for different business divisions based out of Europe and the US. I joined adidas in 2021, as Executive Board member responsible for Global Human Resources.
