As a professional athlete, the healthy routines that I put in place are what enable me to perform at my best and progress in the direction I ultimately want to go.

Amongst other things, it takes the right focus and discipline to uncover the routines that will help you win the race. Here are some of my learnings that have helped me become World Champion at the age of 17.

Have you read “the power of habit” by Charles duhigg? It basically goes into detail about the power of routines. The book may change your life.

Thanks for sharing with us such a precious information, i think swimming is good habit to get fit in your life. you dont need to do any other excercise besides swimming. It is very useful for all of us.
