Extraordinary Happens Podcast

The UCLA coach talks about the value of a strong work ethic and attitude, and how in many cases, those traits matter more than raw talent. He talks about his pregame messages and sharing energy with players come game time. Jim drives home one of my biggest beliefs when he talks about how sports can really make a difference in young people’s lives.

Jim Mora is one of my favorite Coaches in College Football. I love how he found his true calling at UCLA after what some may see as a step down from the NFL. Embarking on his 5th season as head coach of UCLA football, he has influenced the lives of more student athletes than he ever could dream of in the NFL . These life skills have a lasting effect on the individual and the people that person comes in contact with. Jim Mora is a great example of how to redirect your calling to make an even BIGGER difference.
